Kyle Pucciarello
"Hand Me The Sports Page" Head Writer/Editor/Web Designer

After a late night conversation on the NFL with a friend, Kyle Pucciarello decided it was time to put his interests and desires together.  With that, he created "Hand Me The Sports Page.com," where he hopes to record intriguing sports commentary for readers, as well as explore one of his dreams of covering sports.

Pucciarello has been writing for most of his life, from mock newspapers as a child, to articles in his high school newspaper, to occassional pieces in the Newark Star-Ledger and Rutgers' "The Daily Targum."

Pucciarello considers himself a huge sports fan, and cites baseball as his favorite sport since his youth.  He has played baseball since he was 4-years-old, and continues to play in a competitive Sunday league with many of his friends in the summer.  His father, Bob "Tony" Pucciarello, coaches the team.

A huge music fan, Pucciarello has traveled up and down the east coast to attend Bruce Springsteen concerts.  To date he has seen "The Boss" more than 54 times.  Over the past few years, Pucciarello has begun writing, recording, and performing his own original music.  You can listen to some of his more recent tracks at: www.myspace.com/kylepucciarello.

Kyle Pucciarello was born on December 7th, 1985 in Edison, NJ to parents Robert and Joni.  He moved to Hillsborough, NJ in 1992 where he was raised.

Pucciarello graduated in May 2007 from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.  He graduated High Honors with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Media Studies, and a minor in political science.
